F.A.O. Vinny and ConcsRef: Access to Cheque Book.
Guys,
I need you to do something ASAP in order for all of us to become authorised signatories on the Icarus Accts. Until this is done we can not sign cheques and I can not get the mailing address changed.
I need you to go into the most conventient NatWest branch with 2 of the folling forms of ID; 1250, passport, driving licence.
With these, and in conjunction with a member of staff, you need to complete the form 'New Party Identification Details' and get it certified as a true copy.
Once this has been done, it needs to be faxed by the branch to the branch at Hitchin on 01462 420921. If you could also get a copy of this and send it to me it would be most helpful.
I appreciate that this is a pain but it needs to be done and it shouldnt take longer than 30min max.
