We are still to finalize a date for the End of Season Function. The mid/end of June seems favourite. As discussed at the Crusaders game can you all list your preferences for either a mid week or weekend function and game. We are probably going for RAF Benson but that is flexible too. Let me know your thoughts.

Jeff,

I think it would be best all round for a weekend function. This may not suit me best but I think that we owe it to the players on courses of a various nature the chance to attend, and that would be much easier on a weekend for them.

I agree - a Sat night would be best, the end of May could be ok, or the last Sat in Jun.

Gents,

The Weekend of 3/4 Jun would not be good for me as the stn footie team are going to Ramstein that weekend. I think Lucas is going too but don't know about Greg.

salutations to one and all,

Congrats on a great effort on tour. I hope you all enjoued it and have some entertaining stories to tell all the boys who couldn't for one reason or another go this time.

As you know I was running the London Marathon for Children with Leukeamia on the 23 Apr. The run went well, I completed it in 3hrs 15mins and 04secs, so not to bad for a first attempt. However not all of you will know that Mark Hoops also ran the marathon. Unfortunately he was caught out. When the race started he was still in the loo and by the time he got to the start line there was nobody around!! So well done to Hoops for giving everybody a good head start.

I am looking forward to seeing as many of you for the matches against Brunel University which I think will be a very tough test for us. So lets finish the season on a winning note.

You say the spice boys are out after. Which spices are out just so I can get a feel for the occasion and make the correct arrangements for a good session.
